Please note, personal data is defined as any data that can identify an individual. The personal data we may hold would include the data subject’s name, job title and/or email address.
Following the purchase of any products or the attendance of any training, demonstration, webinar, meeting or further service, we may request for feedback. The feedback is not anonymous so that we can contact you should you request for further support or if we would like to resolve any queries.
When the data subject is an applicant or a vacant or not vacant role, the data we collect will include the information on your CV/Cover Letter including name, contact information and previous and/or current education and/or work experience. We may ask for additional information within a form of a survey. If CV’s are downloaded they are all stored in one place and dated the download date. Successful applicants will need to provide NI number, Tax code, Student Finance plan (if applicable), Bank details, full address and emergency contact information etc.
We will only process data for the purpose of providing an individual with the most relevant information, products or services. Our organisation’s legal basis for processing data is when it has been obtained voluntarily or through consent. Should our purpose for processing your data change, you will be notified.
All information collected and processed will be relevant to your interest/booking or to supply you with the right information regarding new products, services or documentation etc.
All calls are recorded for monitoring and training purposes. This is stated on our automated voice recording that each person will hear when they call the organisation. They may be produced to the data controller upon request or with regards to a query.
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• To ensure you receive information regarding the most relevant products, services and special offers
• To ensure delegates receive all information and reminders regarding their purchases and updates on our legal obligations when necessary

• For the courses, we share (via email) name, school name, role, telephone number and email with consultants who deliver training so that they can prepare for the training course. These details are also printed and sent via post in the form of personalised training materials
• We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen
• You can revoke your consent at any time by sending your written requests via email or post
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
We are ISO 27001 certified and Cyber Essentials Certified, a few of our security measures in our UK based office includes but is not limited to;
• Outer Building fob key access and monitored concierge desk
• Office Pin Code and fob key access
• Separate designated and logged fob key access to our server rooms
• BitLocker passcodes on all PC’s (Management or IT must log in each PC before use on a daily basis)
• All users have individual password access and limited access to only suitable files
• Group Policy determines and logs the use of IT equipment including 30-seconds lock
• Firewall and Norton Antivirus across all PC’s
• All ports are disabled for non-authorised personal (management)– meaning no external drives can be used
• Only administrator account can enable updates, software downloads and more
• All data is stored in UK Office, our server is backed up twice a day and a further back-up on a Naas Server and External UK Hosting
Details from a form or website are downloaded, they are all stored in one place in our system and dated the download date. Otherwise, they will remain on the website.
Email addresses are kept on our email marketing database so that we can keep a track of the status of the email as well as send emails to those who have consented to receive emails i.e. by subscribing to our mailing list. If you no longer wish to receive our emails, your email address will be kept in our systems in the form of a blacklist so that we do not contact you in the future.
You can revoke consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button.
We will keep your personal data on our records for an ongoing period for the reasons mentioned above, as long as you (the data subject) give consent for us to do so. If you no longer want us to keep your personal data, it is your right to request for its removal at any time, providing you have a legitimate reason.
CV’s are kept ongoing. Successful applicants will provide further details which are disposed of after 5 years excluding information needed for referencing purposes.
Your personal data will never be shared with any third parties or internationally, nor will it be accessible to any unauthorised persons as we have secure encryption and password controls in place to limit access to personal records.

All consultants have signed contracts and NDA’s which specifically indicate the importance of data security.
In certain circumstances, you have the right to have your data deleted or ‘forgotten’. In order to delete your personal data from our records, you must request either verbally or in writing. Once we have received this, we will confirm that the request is to be put forward to the DPO for Approval. The DPO will consider the deletion and ensure it will not affect any other data subject. If it is, the request will be rejected. Should the data not affect a further data subject, it is confirmed for deletion. All data will be deleted within this request excluding the email address. This will be placed on a blacklist for our records.
Data is deleted manually from all databases at the stated time. Our backup servers are updated automatically daily and this is when the backup servers will too have the data deleted.

Q. What is Analyse School Performance (ASP)?
A. ASP data analysis tool provided by the Government for use by schools, LAs, School Improvement Partners (SIPs) and Ofsted inspectors from September 2017. ASP will enable you to: examine context, attendance, attainment and progress data for your previous students.
Q. How do I access ASP?
A. The new package is an internet-based application accessed via a secure log-on system. As it is web-based, users do not need to download or buy any specific hardware or software to access the system. You can access it through the Secure Access Portal. Once you have logged into your secure Access account, you should see it in your list of applications, you will then need to log in using the same username and password.
If the application is not on your list, you will need to contact your schools Secure Access Approver to provide you with access. If you do not have a known Secure Access Approver within the school you will need to contact Secure Access directly.
Q. Who can access ASP?
A. Each school is provided with a Secure Access Approver, who has the administrative rights to grant access to any further Secure Access User within the school. If you are a teacher or a Governor and want to access this information, you will need to contact the Secure Access Approver. If you do not have a known Secure Access Approver within the school you will need to contact Secure Access directly.
Q. How does ASP fit with Ofsted’s inspection arrangements?
A. The inspection arrangements require schools to make judgments about their areas that require improvement and provide evidence to back up what they say.
Q. What kind of information will I be using in ASP?
A. ASP allows the interactive examination of data at the school, group, pupil and question level for pupils at Key Stages 1 to 4. KS5 can access their Inspection Data Summary Report through this portal. Grouping and filtering features will allow users to explore their own hypotheses. Where data is not centrally available, schools will be able to import it into the system themselves.
Q. What opportunities will there be for evaluating pupil progress with ASP?
A. ASP provides the opportunity to look at progress. Alongside this, the system will allow analysis of conversion information. It will allow access to the Inspection Data Summary Report (IDSR). You can attend our training courses for support and guidance on how to interpret and analyse this data to create your next step action plans.

Statement of Intent: Information Security Policy
The Policy of Stat Solutions Ltd / TA ASP Training is on a continuing basis to exercise due care and due diligence to protect Information Systems from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, destruction, modification, disruption or distribution. This will ensure that our reputation with our clients, and all related interested parties is maintained through confidentiality, integrity and availability.
Management will ensure business, legal, regulatory requirements and contractual security obligations are taken into account. Risk Assessments against agreed criteria is continually undertaken.
The Management Team bears the responsibility for establishing and maintaining the system and undertakes to ensure its integrity is maintained through instruction, policies and training of its staff and that each employee has a proper understanding of what is required of them.
Equally every employee has a personal responsibility to maintain this integrity.
Further the Management will ensure any subcontractor employed for a particular function will meet the requirements specified and accept responsibility for their actions.
The company has a Policy of Continual Improvement and Objective setting in line with the ISO 27001:2013 Standard requirements.
Objectives and Targets are set to meet the requirements of this policy and are reviewed regularly at management reviews. The policy will be made available to interested parties as appropriate.
The Information Security Management System will be monitored regularly under the Management Team’s ultimate responsibility with regular reporting of the status and effectiveness at all levels.
